Election Notification for 2025-26

 
Rashtriya Samagra Vikas Sangh (RSVS) 
 
Election for new Executive Committee for 2025-26 will be held on 11.1.2025
 
Under section 8 of the constitution of RSVS, the election for constituting a new Governing Body for 2025-26 has been declared as per the decision of the Executive Body of RSVS. Shri Dhanvir Singh, Officer in Education Department, Government of Delhi has been nominated as Election Officer (EO) to perform the election process.
 
As observers, Shri Tirath Babu and Shri Sudesh Kumar tanwar, representatives from 'Jatav Chetna Samiti' Delhi and  'Rashtriya Bauddh Mahasabha' Delhi will be present during the time of election process of RSVS.
 
Election Venue: Main Meeting Hall of Gandhi Peace Foundation, at Dindayal Upadhyay Marg, New Delhi.
 
Date: 11th January, 2025 (Saturday)
 
Time: 11.00AM to 5.00PM
 
The nomination process will be done during the start of the general body meeting to be held on 11.1.2025 (Saturday), from 11.00 am onward with fulfilling the proper process. Hard copy of Nomination Form will be provided in the meeting and it is also available on the website www.rsvs.india.com, may be downloaded to file your notification.
 
The posts for election of executive committee are as under:
 
1. President
2. Vice President (Two) 
3. General Secretary
4. Cultural Secretary
5. Treasurer
6. Joint Secretary
7. Executive Members- (Three) 
8. Three Members from core team
 
The voting process will be started after the declaration of the name of contestants by the Election Officer (EO). Qualifications & Disqualifications for contesting elections to executive committee of RSVS:
 
Documents required at the time of filing of nomination papers to contest the election to any post of executive body of "Rashtriya Samagra Vikas Sangh (RSVS)."
 
1. Evidence of minimum age for contesting election to executive body of RSVS to be 21 years.
 
2. Any primary member of the General body under section 8 of the constitution of RSVS can contest election for any post of executive committee, who is also sure that not a member of any political party and any organization of similar nature.
 
3. Any government employee or non-employee can be a primary member who agrees with the rules and regulation of the RSVS and deposit a membership fee of Rs.100/- for primary member and fee of Rs.1000/- for life membership.
 
4. Founder members will be policy makers and every election will be conducted under the supervision of them.
 
The term of the elected Executives shall be for 2 (two) years. It can be extended for another year by the general body meeting in the special circumstances. Nomination or election for each post will be sought from the General Body and elections will be held by secret ballot or unanimously biannually at the time of Annual General Body meeting. In the first year of the society, only 3 members shall be elected for the post of Executive Committee members. Three more members shall be elected from the core team in the next two years and subsequent years. The three senior members shall retire at the end of the term ie. 2 years, but are eligible for election. Those members who are unable to attend the meeting shall send their vote by registered post or any source of communication to the Election Officer.
